Navigate menus by pointing at the screen with the Wii Remote. The A Button selects an item on the menu and the B Button returns back to the previous screen.

The following options are available:

Quick Event:
First you select the difficulty, choose from Rookie (easy), Pro (medium) or Advanced (hard). Next you decide which discipline to compete in.

Multiplayer:
First select and edit the player profiles. Next you decide which discipline to compete in.

Award Cabinet:
Here you can view medals and trophies you’ve won. After entering the award cabinet you must select a difficulty level to view medals and trophies won at that difficulty level.

Options:
Here you can alter various game options and edit your profile.
