During Championship and Single Race modes, it is possible to activate the pitstops, which will allow to change the tyres and refuel.
To enter a pitstop, the player needs to slowly drive through the dedicated lanes located near the "Start" sign.
The status of the tyres is indicated by four small squares which start green and become red as the tyre gets damaged: a damaged tyre reduces the grip of the car.
The amount of fuel left is indicated onscreen by a small needle near the speedometer: if there's no more fuel available, the car will emit smoke and will be moving jerkily.
