Please hold the Wii Remote vertically.
Courtroom Section
Button Controls
  Confirm/Move forward through the dialogue
  Cancel/Go back one screen
  Press the witness (during Cross-Examination)
Confirm the piece of evidence to Present
  Present a piece of evidence (during Cross-Examination)
Open the Court Record/Switch between Evidence and Profiles
  Hold down to hide the Court Record window
  Open the Game Menu
  Move cursor/Highlight options
Move forward and backward through testimony (during Cross-Examination)
Special Wii Remote-Specific Controls
Swing the Wii Remote Present a piece of evidence
Wave the Wii Remote (left, right) Press the witness

IMPORTANT: Make sure that all players using the Wii Remote are wearing the wrist strap and that it has been tightened using the strap lock. See page 2 Usage Precautions.

Hold the Wii Remote firmly and do not let go.

It is highly recommended that the Wii Remote Jacket be used on your Wii Remote.
