Physio Mode

In Physio Mode you can practise the physiotherapeutic one legged stand exercise on its own and put together your own training schedules. You can continue practising the one legged stand at home following successful physiotherapy treatment as a kind of on-going therapy. However, please first consult with your doctor or physiotherapist to work out an exact training schedule.
