Once you’ve selected a lure it’s time to cast.

First you must start the Casting Meter, and then trigger the casting action when the meter is at the desired power. Precise timing is needed for long casts.

• Motion Controls: swing the Wii Remote up to start the meter, then swing the Wii Remote down to cast.
• Standard Controls: press and hold to start the meter, then press to cast.

Once the lure is in the water you can use to look around. This is a valuable technique for finding fish that are at least a few feet away from your lure.
